Requirements
- At least 1 year of conventional leasing experience on apartment community.
- Good leasing and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Able to type 30 WPM and be organized.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Available to work every Saturday, except the first Saturday of each month.
Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and residents
- Answering and returning resident calls, as well as email requests
- Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely
- Selling features and amenities to prospective residents
- Showing apartments
- Securing leases

Pay
$18.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 7:45 am - 5:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:45 am - 5:00 pm
Work Days
Monday – Friday and every Saturday, except the first Saturday of each month.
