Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Leasing Agent for a well-established property management organization in Moreno Valley, CA.This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys working with residents, managing leasing activities, and ensuring an exceptional living experience.Responsibilities:Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities.Assist prospective residents through the leasing process.Prepare and maintain leasing documentation and resident files.Respond to resident inquiries and provide excellent customer service.Coordinate move-ins and move-outs.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.Support occupancy goals and resident retention efforts.Qualifications:Previous leasing, property management, customer service, or sales experience preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.Bilingual in English and Spanish preferredCompensation:$24.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)Full-time scheduleOpportunity for long-term employmentQualified candidates are encouraged to apply today.
