Leasing Agent

What You’ll Do

• Tour prospective residents and showcase the community
• Guide applicants through leasing, move-ins, and renewals
• Process applications and maintain accurate resident files
• Track leads and support leasing and marketing efforts
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns
• Inspect model units, tour paths, and common areas
• Support outreach and community engagement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred
• Driver’s license and auto insurance required
• Leverage lease-up experience a plus
• Show strong communication and people skills
• Be organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, property management systems)
• Display a positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
