Responsibilities
- Touring prospects and leasing apartments
- Updating resident databases
- Processing applications
- Responding to residents’ inquiries
- Conducting inspections of vacant apartments
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer service, previous leasing experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Yardi experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Approachable and friendly demeanor
- Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills

- Must be able to work with all levels of employees
Pay
Hourly Rate Range for this position: $ 19.00 - $21.00
Schedule
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Wednesday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
