About the role

Responsibilities
- Lease a variety of residential rental properties across the Twin Cities metro
- Market and advertise available listings across digital platforms
- Respond to tenant inquiries and schedule showings
- Process rental applications, screen tenants, and verify qualifications
- Prepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with MN laws
- Provide excellent service to prospective and current tenants
- Collaborate with internal teams and uphold Housing Hub’s standards
- Build and manage your own book of business for ongoing growth
Requirements
- Active MN Real Estate Salesperson License (required)
- At least 1 year of experience in leasing, real estate, or property management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple listings and tenant interactions simultaneously
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations and MN rental law preferred
- Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine interest in helping people find homes
Qualifications
Candidates must be able to reliably commute to or reside near St. Paul, MN
