Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is a stable and growing employee-owned management company based in Harrisburg, PA, with over 55 years of experience managing over $4 billion of real estate assets and serving over 30,000 customers and 360 clients.
Responsibilities
- Show and lease apartments to interested parties.
- Run tenant applications.
- Assist with rent collection.
- Daily customer service with our tenants - work order requests, communications, etc.
- Various data entry.
- Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry is a plus but not required.
- PA Real Estate License is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
