What You’ll Do Tour prospective residents and showcase the communityGuide applicants through leasing, move-ins, and renewalsProcess applications and maintain accurate resident filesTrack leads and support leasing and marketing effortsRespond to resident inquiries and resolve concernsInspect model units, tour paths, and common areasSupport outreach and community engagement initiativesMaintain a clean, professional leasing office and environment What We’re Looking For 1+ year of leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferredDriver's license and auto insurance requiredLease-up experience a plusStrong communication and people skillsOrganized and detail-orientedAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, property management systems)Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset About The Property Westgate Apartment Homes is a brand-new community in Pendleton, OR.
