Position Details
- Schedule: Approximately 25 hours per week
- Days: 3 days per week, including every Saturday
- Pay Range: $16-$19/hour, depending on experience
What You'll Do
- Responding to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Scheduling and conducting apartment tours
- Following up with prospects and managing leasing leads
- Assisting residents with questions, requests, and service needs
- Coinciding maintenance requests and work orders
- Preparing and maintaining resident files and lease documentation
- Supporting occupancy goals and marketing efforts

- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
- Familiarity with property management software (Entrata preferred)
- Basic understanding of budgets and financials
