As a Leasing Agent, you will be the welcoming face of our community, helping prospective residents find a place they are excited to call home while delivering an exceptional customer experience from first tour to move‑in day.
Responsibilities
- Create exceptional first impressions by welcoming prospective residents with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
- Build relationships, understand resident needs, and guide them through every step of the leasing journey.
- Showcase life at The Ruby by conducting engaging property tours of studio, one‑bedroom, and two‑bedroom homes, highlighting upscale amenities, stylish interiors, modern finishes, private balconies or patios, and the vibrant Brookfield lifestyle.
- Convert leads into residents by following up, answering questions, overcoming objections, and confidently guiding applicants through the leasing process while achieving occupancy goals.
- Deliver outstanding resident service as a trusted resource for current residents, providing prompt communication, addressing concerns, and fostering a welcoming community atmosphere.
- Support marketing and community engagement through marketing initiatives, social media content, online listings, outreach efforts, and resident events.
- Stay ahead of the market by monitoring local rental trends and competitor communities throughout Brookfield and the greater Milwaukee area.
- Keep operations running smoothly by accurately managing applications, leases, renewals, and resident records while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Previous experience in leasing, hospitality, customer service, sales, or retail preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence engaging with people both in person and digitally.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Comfort using technology, leasing software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong team mentality.
- Desire to learn, grow, and build a long‑term career in property management.
