About the role

The Campus team is dedicated to providing superb housing for college students. This position is part of a passionate and diverse team committed to growth and stability.

Responsibilities

• Aid in leasing efforts to achieve full occupancy and maintain high occupancy levels
• Maintain accurate records of property availability and manage the renewal process
• Review and approve rental applications, presenting them to the General Manager for signature
• Manage property licenses and liaise with legal counsel and city officials
• Handle check-outs, ensuring compliance with final account statements and conducting inspections of vacated units
• Investigate and address resident concerns promptly, maintaining good public relations
• Prepare and submit weekly reports on property performance
• Develop and implement advertising/marketing and resident retention programs
• Perform general administrative tasks including filing, typing, and answering phones
• Operate various office equipment and software
• Comply with all relevant laws and regulations
• Display a positive and professional attitude

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Entrata (preferred)
