Responsibilities
- Aid in the day-to-day operations of the property to maintain customer satisfaction, financial stability, and high occupancy levels.
- Maintain accurate records of property availability and manage the renewal process with legal counsel and the city.
- Handle the check-out process, including accepting keys and conducting inspections, to ensure compliance with final account statements.
- Investigate and address resident concerns promptly, maintaining good public relations and reporting findings to the General Manager.
- Prepare weekly reports on property performance and assist in developing and implementing marketing and resident retention programs.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and answering phones.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Entrata, accurate typing and record keeping, strong customer service skills, and the ability to follow standardized procedures.
