Responsibilities

• Aid in the day-to-day operations of the property to maintain customer satisfaction and financial stability.
• Assist with leasing activities to achieve full occupancy and manage property availability.
• Manage property licenses and renewals through coordination with legal counsel and city officials.
• Handle the check-out process, including verifying final account statements and conducting inspections of vacated units.
• Investigate and address resident concerns promptly, maintaining good public relations.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports on property performance as requested.
• Develop and implement advertising/marketing strategies to enhance the property's market presence.
• Support resident retention initiatives.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, typing, answering phones, and using office equipment.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Skills: First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain, valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Entrata, and strong typing and record-keeping abilities.
• Experience: No specific experience required, but familiarity with leasing and property management is beneficial.
