Key Responsibilities
- Manage prospect traffic from inquiry to signed lease
- Cook tours and demonstrate apartment/community value
- Couple leasing, renewals, and resident retention activities
- Maintain accurate traffic, availability, lead, and application records
- Support marketing and outreach efforts
- Maintain model and tour readiness standards
- Provide courteous service to residents, prospects, and vendors
- Support occupancy and revenue goals through disciplined follow-up
- Maintain closing ratio in accordance to company standards and performance expectations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months
