Leasing Agent

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound tenant phone calls.
• Conduct tours for potential tenants of vacant apartment properties.
• Create and manage maintenance requests within the internal database.
• Qualify applicants and register them in the system.
• Collapse coordination with contractors for maintenance issues and communication with landlords as necessary.
• Maintain and update property files.
• Compile, print, and distribute property lists.
• Handle day-to-day operational tasks.
• Absorb assistance with duties from the sales team members.
• Prepare reports when needed.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure availability.

Essential Skills

• 1-2 years of administrative or front desk experience.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, including Word and Excel.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with data entry and office support.
• Familiarity with Google Drive.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
