Responsibilities
- Responds to and follows up on inbound and outbound inquiries to support occupancy goals
- Engages with prospective residents through discovery conversations tailored to their needs and preferences
- Presents available homes clearly and compellingly, addressing questions and navigating objections with confidence
- Manages a pipeline of prospects, maintaining timely follow-up to drive lease conversions
- Negotiates lease offers, explains lease terms and related documentation in an approachable, transparent manner
- Partners with internal teams to move applications smoothly through the leasing process
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, market conditions, and company processes
- Conducts all leasing activities in alignment with Fair Housing guidelines and applicable regulations
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in sales or other customer-facing roles, with a focus on relationship building and results required
- A background in leasing, real estate, or property management is preferred
- Active state real estate license required
- Strong communication and listening skills, with the flexibility to adapt messaging to individual prospects
- Comfortable negotiating terms, building rapport, and guiding conversations with confidence
- The capacity to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with common business tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Professional discretion and a collaborative approach to working with internal partners

Benefits
- Compensation: The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $25.00. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.
- Additional Compensation: This position is eligible to receive monthly bonus payments.
