About the role
The Line is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join their team. This position plays a critical role in achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours
- Ensure a stellar move-in experience for our customers
- Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes
- Plan and execute community events
- Follow up with prospects by phone and email
- Utilize social media and internet platforms to market available units
- Aid in lease renewals
- Respond to resident concerns
Requirements
- Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions
- High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property management or similar field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience with property management software (Yardi/One Site)

Pay
The hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00.
Schedule
This role requires a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
