Duties

  • Prepare Execution Packet Requests – prepare outgoing and process incoming mailings.
  • QC/QA of lease or other real property agreements for content and accuracy.
  • Process signed documents and ensure proper execution for internal and external parties.
  • Prepare real property agreements and associated documents.
  • File and maintain land records and real property agreements.
  • Maintain applicable portions of spreadsheets, Archibus, and Quorum information.
  • Record/file real property agreements in land registries.
  • Prepare check requests.
  • Cook up and organize electronic files for various property records and track information using the Archibus tool.
  • Cook up, participate in, and review the processing of lease payments to landowners.
  • Cook up the integration of new projects into the Real Estate department, including gathering and reviewing documentation received and reviewing the setup of information in the Archibus tool.
  • Work closely with other departments, including Facilities, Engineering and Construction, Legal, Accounting, and Treasury.
  • Perform basic office administration duties related to Real Estate functions.

  • Maintaining accurate lease databases
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliation models)

  • Ensuring accuracy of lease abstracts, payments, and reports
  • Identifying discrepancies in billing or lease terms
  • Compliance tracking (insurance, obligations, deadlines)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
