About the role
The UI/UX Designer designs and optimizes engaging, user-centered digital learning experiences. This role partners with learning, technology, and business teams to improve the usability, accessibility, and adoption of learning platforms while ensuring a seamless learner experience.
Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces for learning platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify improvement opportunities.
- Create and maintain design standards, style guides, and design systems.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, LMS administrators, and stakeholders.
- Optimize platform navigation, accessibility, and overall user experience.
- Analyze learner feedback and engagement metrics to inform design decisions.
- Support platform enhancements, testing, and release activities.
- Ensure designs align with branding, accessibility, and governance standards.

Required Skills
- UI/UX design and human-centered design principles
- User research and usability testing
- Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools

- Information architecture and interaction design
- Accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Data-driven design and analytics interpretation
- Learning technologies and LMS platforms (Cornerstone preferred)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience designing enterprise applications, learning platforms, or employee experiences.
- Knowledge of LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning environments.

Pay
Individual starting salary within the range of $128,400.00 - $215,800.00 USD Annual may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
