About the role

The UI/UX Designer designs and optimizes engaging, user-centered digital learning experiences. This role partners with learning, technology, and business teams to improve the usability, accessibility, and adoption of learning platforms while ensuring a seamless learner experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces for learning platforms
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to identify improvement opportunities
  • Create and maintain design standards, style guides, and design systems
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, LMS administrators, and stakeholders
  • Optimize platform navigation, accessibility, and overall user experience
  • Analyze learner feedback and engagement metrics to inform design decisions
  • Support platform enhancements, testing, and release activities
  • Ensure designs align with branding, accessibility, and governance standards

Required skills

  • UI/UX design and human-centered design principles
  • User research and usability testing
  • Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
  • Wireframing and prototyping
  • Information architecture and interaction design
  • Accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Data-driven design and analytics interpretation
  • Learning technologies and LMS platforms (Cornerstone preferred)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Experience designing enterprise applications, learning platforms, or employee experiences
  • Knowledge of LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning environments

Pay

$128,400.00 - $215,800.00 USD Annual

Schedule

40 hours per week, regular time. This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. Location: Atlanta, Georgia, Dallas, Texas
