UX/UI Designer

Freelance UX/UI Designer Part-Time 20 hours a week W2, no C2C REMOTE but must be available during CST Business Hours On behalf of our agency client, we’re looking for an experienced, freelance-based, UX/UI Designer to join a creative team on a remote contract basis. This is a hands-on role focused on creating intuitive, polished, high-performing digital experiences for B2B audiences. Details Contract: Approximately 30 days, with potential for extensionHours: Approximately 20 hours/week; flexible based on project needsRemote, but must be available to work CST hoursMust be available during day5+ years of UX/UI What You’ll Do Design responsive websites and digital experiences from concept through high-fidelity UICreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designsBuild and extend design systems and reusable components in FigmaBalance usability, visual design, brand, content, and conversion goalsCollaborate with strategy, creative, content, and development teamsPartner with developers to ensure designs are practical and production-readyEvaluate existing experiences and identify opportunities to improve usability and engagement What We’re Looking For Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and UI/visual designAdvanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, responsive design, and prototypingStrong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, interaction design, and information hierarchyExperience designing complex, content-rich websites or digital productsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExperience working with developers and translating designs into front-end implementation Nice To Have Experience with FigJam, Relume, WordPress, Contentful, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Jira, Monday.com, and AI-enabled design/prototyping tools.
