About the Role

For our client, we are seeking a Learning & Talent Development Leader to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a Business Services environment. Location: Chicago, IL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global talent strategy aligned with business goals
  • Establish a culture of continuous learning to foster professional and leadership excellence
  • li>Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate and address future workforce capabilities
  • Translate strategic business needs into workforce development priorities
  • Lead initiatives to enable growth through digital transformation and M&A activities
  • Create talent development programs to enhance employee engagement and career mobility
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executives on organizational readiness and capability planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in learning and talent development
  • Expertise in enterprise-wide strategies for professional services or similar sectors
  • Experience with workforce transformation and M&A integration efforts
  • Strong executive influence and ability to partner with senior leadership

Pay

Compensation: $200,000 – $280,000 annually
