Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEND
Adapt resources and scaffold learning to ensure accessibility
Work closely with teachers, the SENCO and the wider support team
Build positive, trusting relationships with students
Support engagement, confidence and behaviour in the classroom
Contribute to the wider school community and uphold its values
Requirements
