Learning Success Partner
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Learning Success Partner / Learning Consultant to support learning, development, and talent priorities across Fujitsu Americas, with a focus on the Services and Network businesses. This role will work closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and global learning and talent teams to understand business priorities, identify capability needs, and recommend learning solutions that support employee development, workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and business outcomes. This position will help drive adoption of global learning offerings and talent models while supporting regional implementation, reporting, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Learning and Development (L&D):
Learning & Skills needs analysis: Works closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand and articulate priorities in upskilling, reskilling, and competency development that support workforce capability and business objectives.
Skills focus: Champions ongoing skills development and helps embed a learning culture across the Services and Network businesses. Develops an understanding of business transformations and advises on actions to continuously develop the workforce in line with these changes.
Alignment with Global L&D and Talent COEs: Supports the alignment, adoption, and implementation of global learning offerings, talent models, tools, and processes in the areas of leadership, technology, consulting, employee experience, performance, and talent.
Learning Offerings: Supports multiple types of learning offerings, including technical, competency-based, skill-based, digital, and facilitator-led programs. Assists with on-demand learning requests and helps collect, report, and advise on learning activity, skills, and certifications.
Learning consultation: Partners with business and HR stakeholders to assess needs, identify capability gaps, and recommend practical learning solutions that drive individual, team, and organizational performance.
Learning systems and reporting: Supports input, maintenance, reporting, and assignments within learning platforms and talent systems, including regional learning tools and global platforms as needed.
Mandatory Training: Collaborates with internal partners to support compliance with mandatory training requirements, reporting, communications, and follow-up activities.
Services and Network learning support: Supports the deployment and adoption of learning solutions for Services and Network teams, including coordination with internal partners, global teams, and external vendors where appropriate.
Instructor-Led Training: Supports the coordination and facilitation of instructor-led sessions focused on connection, culture, leadership, and professional skills, as needed.
Talent Management:
Talent Pool Identification: Supports the identification and development of talent pools in collaboration with HR Business Partners and business leaders.
Succession Planning: Supports succession planning activities for key roles within the organization in collaboration with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders.
Global Talent Programs: Partners with global Talent COE stakeholders to support regional participation in global talent programs and initiatives that develop high-potential employees and strengthen leadership readiness.
Performance and Development: Supports performance management, development planning, and talent-related processes by providing guidance, communications, reporting, and consultation to HR and business stakeholders.
Korn Ferry Feedback for Talent: Supports the use of Korn Ferry assessment feedback and related insights to inform talent development and growth where applicable.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
7–10 years of professional experience in learning and development, learning consulting, talent management, performance management, or a related HR/talent function.
Proven experience partnering with business leaders and HR stakeholders to assess learning and capability needs and recommend practical solutions.
Experience supporting learning programs, talent processes, performance management cycles, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Strong communication, consultation, facilitation, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, HR partners, global Centers of Excellence, and business stakeholders.
Experience using learning, talent, and performance data, dashboards, systems, and insights to support decisions and recommendations.
Knowledge of learning platforms, talent systems, and enterprise learning tools preferred.
Professional services, consulting, technology, or network-related business experience preferred.
Interest in growing into a people leadership role in the future preferred.
Pay Range
The disclosed range for this role is $94,000 to $134,285 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
