About the role

As a Learning Strategy Consultant at the Manager level, your first responsibility is delivery excellence. You run project workstreams with rigor, manage and develop junior team members, and produce high-quality output that builds client trust. You build strong relationships with client counterparts at the delivery and program level and engage senior stakeholders confidently. Your consulting toolkit is sharp: you think in hypotheses, structure complex problems, craft compelling narratives, and create slides that resonate with senior audiences. You bring depth in learning strategy, connecting learning investment to business outcomes and demonstrating impact with data. You are excited about AI’s transformative potential in learning, tracking best practices, using AI tools daily, and pushing clients and Accenture’s practice to the forefront of innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination to ensure excellent client outcomes.

  • Shape and deliver agentic learning strategies, embedding AI-powered performance support and intelligent enablement tools into the flow of work.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, frameworks, and deliverables that communicate complex strategies with clarity and precision.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI’s impact on learning, tracking trends, developing points of view, and contributing to Accenture’s intellectual property and go-to-market capabilities.
  • Contribute to business development through proposal writing, RFP responses, and thought leadership for the Learning Performance & Innovation offering.
  • Travel as needed to meet client and project requirements.
