Overview

The Learning Integration Specialist (LIS) is a senior, partner-facing role responsible for owning the success, retention, and growth of a portfolio of district and school partners. This role blends customer success leadership, instructional expertise, and data fluency to ensure partners not only implement Parsec's platforms, but deeply integrate them into their systems to drive measurable impact. The LIS serves as the strategic lead and quarterback for each partner, building executive-level relationships, guiding system-wide implementation, and ensuring partners realize clear, sustained value from their investment. This is not a service-only role—it carries direct accountability for partner outcomes, retention, and expansion.

    • Collaborate to ensure alignment between partner needs and internal execution
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation
    • Apply improvement science principles (e.g., cycles of inquiry) to partner work
    • Share best practices and insights across partners and internal teams
    • Contribute to the evolution of Parsec's platforms, services, and partner success strategy
  • Cultural Competencies
    • Builds trust across partners, team, and departments
