Learning Experience Manager - Emergency Response/T1

About the role

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain training schedules across assigned sites for transparency
• Update employee rosters daily to reflect staff changes
• Create and onboard learning experience staff with clear job expectations
• Conduct interviews focusing on skillsets and cultural fit
• Assess performance of learning experience staff through evaluations and KPIs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; four-year degree preferred in a related field
• Five years of previous training experience
• Two years of management experience, ideally in training or learning development
• Two years of experience in a BPO environment is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications

Pay

$97,000 – $145,000 annually
