About the Role
The Learning Experience Manager will create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment, designing and expanding training and development programs aligned with product-specific methodologies. They will coordinate, organize, and implement training programs, ensuring the success of new hire training and onboarding. This role involves managing a team of Learning Experience Leaders and working closely with site managers to deliver world-class training.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a training schedule for assigned sites/GEOs, ensuring daily transparency with other departments.
- Update spreadsheets for rosters daily as employees are added or removed.
- Create seats and update job descriptions, duties, and pay ranges for new learning experience staff.
- Interview, onboard, and set job expectations for learning experience staff, including policies and procedures.
- Grade and develop learning experience staff, providing coaching, feedback, and certifications.
- Observe and evaluate staff during training classes to maintain performance excellence.
- Provide KPIs, standards, and tools/resources for training material creation.
- Document information on each learning experience staff member and analyze training evaluation forms.
- Create and maintain training methodologies, developing courses for current employees.
- Maintain communication with Recruiting and Operations to improve the pipeline and trainee performance.
- Ensure accountability in the safety and health management system and allocate necessary resources.
- Provide occupational health and safety training for workers within the working day.
- Continuously improve training programs and learning opportunities across the organization.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Four-year college degree preferred in industrial or applied sciences.
- Five years of previous training experience.
- Two years of management experience, preferably in training or learning development.
- Two years of BPO experience preferred.
- Two years of technical support and/or emergency coordination experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and long hours.
- High energy, enthusiastic, and motivational training style.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-resolution skills.
Pay
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year. Variable Pay: Eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
