Job Summary
Mckee Foods is seeking a Learning Experience and Design Specialist to join our Corporate Learning and Development team. This specialized role focuses on building, maintaining, and delivering high-impact content for our enterprise learning programs. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of mastery in instructional design and exceptional classroom facilitation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Education, or a closely related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, characterized by a highly professional, articulate, and polished presentation style
- Proven ability to interact confidently and effectively with all tiers of an organization, from front-line staff to executive management
- Strong project management capabilities with a precise attention to structural and content detail
- Understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or Business Administration (MBA)
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in corporate instructional design and professional classroom facilitation
- Experience specifically designing and executing leadership development or management readiness programs within a corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency with content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/360, Adobe Creative Suite) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience managing educational technologies, multimedia production, and video editing for corporate training
