Learning & Development Specialist - Finance

Position Responsibilities

  • Cooking onboarding, providing mentoring and follow-up training for all new hires.
  • Create, update and maintain department training materials.
  • Facilitate development training sessions to drive success and ensure high performance.
  • Create and deliver newsletters, policy updates and training memos.
  • Monitor and report employee development progress to leadership.

Minimum Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A bachelor's degree preferred.
  • One to two years of experience in a Finance role preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
  • Travel to Uline’s North American locations for auditing and training as needed.
