Job Summary
CareFirst BCBS is seeking two Learning & Development Specialists to design and deliver engaging training programs for adult learners in a corporate healthcare environment. The ideal candidates will have strong Instructor-Led Training (ILT) experience, exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, and the ability to effectively train both virtually and in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions both virtually and in person.
- Facilitate engaging training programs for new hires and existing employees.
- Create an interactive learning environment that promotes participation and knowledge retention.
- Utilize Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite to conduct virtual training sessions and prepare training materials.
- Absess learner progress and provide coaching, feedback, and additional support when needed.
- Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with operational goals.
- Maintain training documentation and support continuous improvement of learning programs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering Instructor-Led Training (ILT) in both virtual and classroom settings.
- Experience training adult learners in a corporate environment.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to engage learners and effectively communicate complex information.
