Learning & Development Specialist
About the role
The Learning & Development Specialist position at KabaFusion is integral to the L&D team. This role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning programs to enhance employee skills, leading to increased performance. Key responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, developing innovative training solutions, leading engaging workshops, and collaborating across departments to ensure trainings align with company goals and objectives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other technologies to enhance delivery and accessibility of training programs.
- Ensure training programs comply with relevant regulatory and industry standards.
- Develop post-training assessment tools to demonstrate the impact trainings are having on business objectives; track and trend outcomes.
- Assess participant learning performance; identify needs for additional, specialized, or adaptive instruction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communications, education, or healthcare field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience developing and delivering training that utilizes a variety of multimedia and methods, for a range of audiences.
- Well-versed in communications, education, curriculum development, and learning assessment best practices with the ability to design and implement effective training.
Skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with learning management systems and technology.
- Ability to design and deliver training programs for diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of regulatory and industry standards related to training.
