Key Responsibilities
- Training Facilitation
- Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions using instructor-led (ILT), virtual, and e-learning formats.
- Lead onboarding training for new hires and ongoing development for existing employees.
- Deploy post-training surveys and analyze feedback to measure program effectiveness.
- Facilitate leadership development programs for supervisors and people managers.
- Adapt facilitation style to meet the needs of both hourly and salaried employee groups.
- Content Development & Technical Writing
- Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, job aids, assessments, and e-learning modules.
- Develop clear, user-friendly technical documentation such as user guides, release notes, and system process documentation.
- Translate complex or technical concepts into accessible, easy-to-understand learning content.
- Build new training materials to support company-wide initiatives, new products, and process changes.
- Maintain consistent formatting, tone, and quality standards across all training and documentation assets.
- Learning Operations & Systems Support
- Manage user accounts and provide troubleshooting support for learning systems and platforms.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and performance reports for compliance and tracking.
- Cook up scheduling, logistics, and communication for training sessions across departments.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure training content reflects current processes and tools.
- Monitor and apply industry best practices, emerging technologies, and modern learning methodologies to continuously improve training programs.
- Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
- Evaluate training outcomes and recommend enhancements to improve learner engagement and performance.
- Support the development of career pathways, competency models, and skill-building initiatives.
- Contribute to a culture of learning by promoting training opportunities and encouraging employee development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or other relevant education and experience as determined by the company.
- Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to lead engaging in-person and virtual sessions — even if gained through informal coaching, team meetings, or peer training.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all training materials and documentation.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, proactive communication style with a commitment to overcommunicating when coordinating across teams.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to partner closely with subject-matter experts, leaders, and peers.
- Passion for teaching, developing others, and creating meaningful learning experiences.
- Curiosity and a growth mindset, with a desire to continuously improve training content, delivery methods, and personal skill sets.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to structure information in a way that is logical, accessible, and learner-friendly.

- Formalized training or facilitation experience (professional or informal).
- Experience creating training content, documentation, or instructional materials.
- Demonstrated ability to present information clearly and confidently in both virtual and in-person settings.
