About the role
System Pavers is seeking a Learning & Development Instructor. This role partners with cross-functional leaders and team members to deliver engaging learning experiences, foster a culture of growth, and produce measurable outcomes that align with System Pavers' business goals.
Objectives

- Foster a culture of continuous learning through effective training and coaching in both group and individual settings that is tailored to learner needs

- Support the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of learning programs while leveraging performance data to drive adjustments

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective in-person and virtual training programs to employees across various departments and at varying levels of the organization
- Facilitate live and virtual training and coaching sessions, adapting methods to diverse learner needs
- Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training strategies to improve outcomes
- Develop physical and digital training materials with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain accurate training records and manage administrative tasks
- Evaluate and improve training effectiveness through participant assessments, feedback, stakeholder reviews and performance data
- Collaborate with leaders to align training initiatives with business priorities
- Improve and update training content by applying best practices and industry trends
- Use virtual meeting and collaboration tools proficiently and reliably, assisting others with troubleshooting
- Participate in professional development and self-improvement initiatives sponsored by System Pavers
- Manage time effectively to balance training, logistics, and administrative responsibilities
- Travel up to 25% to deliver training and provide field support
Experience & Skills
- Experience in training and coaching roles for employees at all levels, from new hires to senior leadership
- Business-to-consumer sales background preferred
- Demonstrated use of ADDIE to create effective learning experiences
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Prioritization, organization, and time management skills
- Proven ability to manage time, adapt to change, and work both independently and collaboratively
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proficiency with virtual training tools and willingness to assist others with troubleshooting
- Positive, proactive, and professional attitude
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field is preferred

Benefits
Salary range is between $59,000-$68,000 DOE + a discretionary bonus with health, dental, vision, life benefits & 401K.
