Learning & Development Consultant – Remote

About the role

This is a remote position. Are you someone who enjoys helping people grow, communicate more effectively and develop stronger leadership skills? We are expanding within the leadership education sector and are looking to connect with experienced professionals who value flexibility, autonomy and meaningful work.

Responsibilities

• Use established systems, digital education resources and structured processes to connect with individuals exploring professional and leadership development.
• Manage your own schedule, work remotely and build results based on your own activity and performance.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional experience in learning & development, training, HR, leadership, consulting or a related field.
• Comfortable speaking with and engaging people from a variety of professional backgrounds.
• Self-directed and able to manage your own schedule and priorities.
• Willing to learn and work within established systems and processes.
• Comfortable with an independent, performance-based structure.

Approximately 15–20 hours per week available.
