Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation & Discovery: Partner directly with external clients as the voice of SAI360, leading discovery calls to understand their needs and translating these insights into tailored learning solutions.
  • Instructional Design & Content Creation: Analyze target audiences and learner environments to design and write engaging, learner-centric materials (including e-learning, offline materials, coaching guides, job aids, and curated content) in accordance with adult learning principles.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), content managers, product management, project management, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality Ethics & Compliance learning products.
  • Leverage AI & Modern Tools: Incorporate instructional design best practices and push technical boundaries using Google Suite, Google Veo 3, Nano Banana, and other emerging AI design tools.
  • Navigate Technical Ecosystems: Adapt to and gain proficiency in using SAI360's proprietary authoring tools, content management systems, and internal workflows.
  • Project & Vendor Management: Balance and prioritize multiple active content and library-based initiatives concurrently, collaborating with project managers to meet deadlines. Work with external providers and vendors when required.
  • Data-Driven Evaluation: Implement metrics and analytics to measure the impact of learning solutions, converting data insights into performance outcomes.

What you’ll bring to the table

  • Proven Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related field.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Proven success in customer-facing roles, with exceptional relationship-building, active listening, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Creative Storytelling: A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and strategic thinking, storytelling, and experience designing curricula, learning objectives, and job aids.
  • Technical Toolset: Hands-on experience using Google Suite, Google Veo 3, and Nano Banana.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to proprietary, less modern software tools and systems while maintaining design excellence.
  • Work Ethic: A self-motivated contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing multiple projects concurrently.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Degree in instructional design, educational technology, educational psychology, or a related field.
  • Background in business or corporate learning environments, particularly within ethics, compliance, or regulatory training.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies or change management.
  • Familiarity with additional graphic design or AI-driven communication tools.
