Learning Design and Development Analyst

Global Financial Firm located in Fully-Remote has an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced Learning Design and Development Senior Analyst Pay Rate: $39.00 - $41.00 per hour, negotiable based upon years of experience Work Mode: 100% Remote Opportunity Responsibilities Develop training programs and learning materials using various learning methodologies for classroom, self-directed, and web-based delivery mediums, integrating adult learning theory and creativity.Determine and develop appropriate training solutions for assigned projects based on business needs, performance goals, and audience analysis.Create, deploy, and maintain eLearning media using tools such as Storyline, including WBTs, simulations, scenario and game-based learning, audio, video, websites, and additional media as needed.Participate in the program design process by conducting needs assessments, task analysis, researching knowledge tasks, working with subject matter experts, and creating supporting design documents, including storyboards and mock-ups.Develop end-user classroom materials, facilitator guides, assessments, and supporting documentation.Create a measurement strategy for client solutions, including the overall assessment approach.Design and develop data collection tools and methods to measure the impact of training.Build engaging, impactful user interfaces, prototypes, and graphic design elements for websites and eLearning media; provide creative direction on interactivity, imagery, and branding.Review and test internal, vendor-created, and other media for use within the organization and/or deployment via LMS systems.Research current industry best practices in learning and eLearning and apply them in instructional solutions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in eLearning, Instructional Design, or a related field and/or eLearning Technical Certifications.Minimum 4 years of experience in Instructional Design, eLearning, multimedia, or website development.Experience with content authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 3, Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Camtasia, and SnagIt.Knowledge of LMS systems and creating compliant content that functions within an LMS.Experience in Web-based Training (WBT) creation and media creation such as audio, video, custom animations/interactions, and custom graphics.Understanding of adult learning principles, assessment, needs analysis, and job task analysis.Experience providing instructional design across modalities (face-to-face, hybrid, and online courses). Preferred Skills Experience in adult education in a financial services and/or corporate setting is a plus.Ability to establish and build trust with teams, colleagues, and leaders.Effective written and oral communication skills.Ability to influence peers, direct managers, and specific business partners.Demonstrate adaptability and work well in ambiguous situations.Ability to work in a matrix organization and collaborate with peers, design SMEs, and business partners.
