Learning Center Coordinator at Mathnasium Learning Centers (Located in Mira Mesa/Scripps Ranch and Chula Vista/Bonita)

Our Math Tutoring Center is seeking a self‑motivated Learning Center Coordinator to lead sales, marketing, and administrative tasks that keep a Mathnasium learning center running efficiently. The role offers online and in‑center training and provides the opportunity to develop experience in sales, marketing, analytics, business operations, and customer service while taking ownership of the center’s effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Assume open/close responsibilities for the center.
• Hire, manage, and mentor a team of Math Tutors.
• Maintain student information in the learning center management system and update student learning plans.
• Assist with sales, marketing, and customer outreach activities.
• Successfully enroll new families and students into the Mathnasium program.
• Assist the team with center administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a degree in STEM.
• 2+ years prior working experience in sales or customer service in an office setting.
• Strong background in high‑school math, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Proficient with PC, MS Office, and data entry.
• Strong work ethic, punctual, detail‑oriented, and reliable.
• Live in close proximity to the Bonita/Chula Vista area.

Schedule

Available to work 1 PM – 7 PM, Monday – Friday.
