About the role

This role serves as the strategic Learning & Development partner for assigned business areas, connecting business priorities with practical development strategies to enhance teammate skills and member service.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders in areas such as branch operations, contact center, lending, and member service to understand workforce capability needs and performance opportunities.
  • Translate business priorities, operational data, quality insights, and teammate feedback into clear development strategies and learning roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with learning experience designers, facilitators, change management, and measurement teams to design, pilot, launch, and improve learning initiatives.
  • Ensure learning programs are aligned with business workflows, focused on measurable outcomes, and designed to improve the teammate and member experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Human Resources roles with a consulting focus.
  • Diagnosing business performance challenges and identifying workforce capability gaps.
  • Understanding frontline operations, such as branch banking, contact center environments, lending, or member service functions.
  • Connecting learning and capability development to business outcomes, productivity, consistency, and member experience.
  • Building trusted relationships and influencing business leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional partners.
  • Interpreting operational data, employee feedback, quality insights, and workflow trends to recommend practical development solutions.
  • Working with analytics or measurement partners to define success metrics and evaluate learning impact.
  • Coordinating work across matrixed project teams with strong communication, organization, and follow-through.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field is required.
  • Experience supporting frontline or customer-facing organizations.
  • Experience working in financial services, contact centers, branch operations, lending, or other operational environments.
  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience contributing to capability frameworks, learning journeys, pilot programs, or measurement strategies.
