Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of enterprise learning programs across multiple formats
- Implement and align learning initiatives with business needs
- Ensure consistent high-quality program delivery and monitor participant experience
- Anticipate issues and proactively resolve them during program execution
- Facilitate learning sessions to ensure engagement and effectiveness
- Manage daily learning operations including course setup and troubleshooting
- Generate reports and maintain data accuracy on program effectiveness and participation
- Cook up with stakeholders and external vendors to meet training needs
- Develop communication strategies to promote learning programs and drive participation
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or related field
- Experience coordinating and delivering corporate learning programs
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, particularly Adobe Captivate and 360Learning
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and program improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience in hybrid learning environments (virtual, in-person, eLearning)
- Proactive mindset with ownership and autonomy
- Passion for creating engaging and employee-centered learning experiences
