About the role

The individual will define the learning strategy, mature existing programs, and create new ones to support employee, manager, and leader growth throughout their careers. The role will own learning across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding and fraud education to manager development, leadership capability, performance enablement, and knowledge sharing. While some programs exist, many will need to be built from the ground up. The role involves identifying high-impact opportunities, designing practical solutions, and delivering measurable results.
This role reports to the Head of People and partners closely with leaders across the company.
