The Role

Lead the development of our team by delivering high-impact training that connects classroom learning to real-world performance.

What You'll Do

  • Facilitate engaging classroom training on customer experience, communication, and the Peterman Way in Home process.
  • Develop and improve training materials, curriculum, and lesson plans aligned with company standards.
  • Train team members on technology platforms including ServiceTitan and other tools used in daily operations.
  • Conduct field observations to evaluate skill application and provide structured feedback to team members and leaders.
  • Partner with managers and department leaders to identify skill gaps and align training with business needs.
  • Create coaching plans for individuals needing additional development.
  • Track and evaluate training effectiveness using performance metrics and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of training participation and progress.
  • Travel to branch locations to deliver training and support team development.
  • Stay up to date on learning best practices and continuously improve training programs.

What You'll Need

  • 2+ years of classroom teaching or professional facilitation experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong ability to engage and develop adult learners in a structured environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage both classroom and field responsibilities.
  • Comfortable learning and teaching new technology platforms.
  • Ability to travel to branch locations as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Ability to move through residential environments during field observations.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

What Sets You Apart

  • Experience developing and delivering training programs in a corporate or field service environment.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or e-learning tools.
  • Background in home services, trades, or customer-facing industries.
  • Passion for coaching, developing others, and driving performance.
