The Role
Lead the development of our team by delivering high-impact training that connects classroom learning to real-world performance.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate engaging classroom training on customer experience, communication, and the Peterman Way in Home process.
- Develop and improve training materials, curriculum, and lesson plans aligned with company standards.
- Train team members on technology platforms including ServiceTitan and other tools used in daily operations.
- Conduct field observations to evaluate skill application and provide structured feedback to team members and leaders.
- Partner with managers and department leaders to identify skill gaps and align training with business needs.
- Create coaching plans for individuals needing additional development.
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness using performance metrics and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of training participation and progress.
- Travel to branch locations to deliver training and support team development.
- Stay up to date on learning best practices and continuously improve training programs.
What You'll Need
- 2+ years of classroom teaching or professional facilitation experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, or related field.
- Strong ability to engage and develop adult learners in a structured environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage both classroom and field responsibilities.
- Comfortable learning and teaching new technology platforms.
- Ability to travel to branch locations as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to move through residential environments during field observations.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
What Sets You Apart

- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or e-learning tools.
- Background in home services, trades, or customer-facing industries.
- Passion for coaching, developing others, and driving performance.
