About the role

Team: People / Learning & Development (reporting to HR / People leadership)
Type: Full-time 1099 until further notice
Travel: Occasional, for team and customer/industry events

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain training programs for employees and customers, including onboarding curricula, product enablement, and role-specific learning paths
  • Develop learning content across formats — courses, articles, guides, job aids, videos, and webinars — that make HendrenAI’s applications easy to understand
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, track completion and participation, and manage the learning calendar
  • Administer the learning management system (LMS) and keep training materials current as the product evolves
  • Translate pharmacy workflows and clinical context into clear, practical training that reflects how pharmacies and health systems actually operate
  • Partner with product, customer success, and sales to keep enablement content accurate and aligned with the latest features and value propositions
  • Gather feedback from learners, measure training effectiveness, and continuously improve programs
  • Support customer-facing education efforts, helping customers and their staff adopt the platform confidently
  • Maintain a well-organized library of training documentation and knowledge resources
  • Help institutionalize internal knowledge by capturing best practices into repeatable, scalable training assets

Required Qualifications

  • Pharmacy technician experience (certified pharmacy technician / CPhT strongly preferred), with hands-on familiarity with pharmacy workflows and operations
  • 2+ years of experience in learning & development, training, enablement, education, or a comparable role (pharmacy training/onboarding experience counts)
  • Strong ability to create clear, engaging learning content across written, visual, and video formats
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple programs and deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment and learning new technology quickly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification
  • Experience with pharmacy management systems (Liberty/RedSail) or EHR platforms (Epic, athenahealth)
  • Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise, Camtasia)
  • Background in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS training and enablement
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance considerations (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITECH)
  • Experience building training programs from the ground up at an early- or growth-stage company
