Learning and Capacity Building Coordinator
This role is supported by grant funding currently approved for a one-year period and is open to qualified candidates based in the United States or Latin America.
Overview
As a Learning & Capacity Building Coordinator, you will assess partner capabilities, identify gaps, and then provide coaching, coordination, and follow-up to ensure RISE partners grow in capabilities so that more people in need can be served. In coordination with RISE PRIME and the many sub-partners you will support, you will design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning and capacity-strengthening initiatives that advance emergency response and disaster preparedness objectives. While you will not need to be a subject-matter expert for all themes, you will collaborate with subject-matter experts, program teams, and external partners to develop engaging learning experiences, strengthen organizational and partner capabilities, and promote knowledge sharing across grant-funded activities. Through effective coordination, instructional design expertise, and a commitment to continuous learning, you will help build the capacity of teams and partners to better serve vulnerable children and communities.
