About the role
We're looking for curious, driven systems analysts who want to understand how technology and business come together to solve problems and deliver value for customers. In this role, you'll support analysis activities, work on real projects, and contribute to teams focused on delivering solutions that help customers achieve their long-term financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Participate in stakeholder discussions and capture requirements
- Help clarify ambiguities with guidance from senior analysts and team members
- Work on real projects from start to finish, gaining exposure to the full delivery lifecycle
- Create and maintain documentation such as user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and process/data flow diagrams
- Support basic data analysis activities, including running queries, validating test data, and investigating simple data or system issues
- Identify gaps between current systems and future business needs
- Aid in testing efforts by creating test cases, executing tests, analyzing results, and logging defects
- Explore emerging tools and technologies, including AI, and learn how to apply them responsibly to improve analysis and delivery outcomes
- Contribute as part of a team focused on delivering solutions that help customers achieve their long-term financial goals
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with requirements gathering, documentation, or systems analysis concepts (academic or internship experience)
- Foundational awareness of data concepts (e.g., data flows, data validation, or querying)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with diagramming tools such as Visio or Drawio
- Hands-on project or internship experience (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous learning

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Understanding of business context, system workflows, data flows, and upstream/downstream dependencies
- Basic knowledge of data concepts and analysis
- Experience with diagramming tools like Visio or Drawio
- Project management and documentation skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and responsible application
