LEAP Manufacturing Internship – Starting Summer 2027
About the Program
Our LEAP (Leadership, Experiences, Applications, Performance) Program is dedicated to developing the skills and competencies of its associates. Through this 10-12 week internship, you will gain exposure to our brands and products, how we measure financial success, Lean thinking methodologies, and the core processes that drive our business in the specialty door industry.
This program provides experiential learning opportunities such as day-to-day field experience, special project ownership, and formal presentation opportunities. You will learn from associates and leaders in your field of interest, including Executive Leadership, and be assigned a mentor for industry and career advice. Interns work within a manufacturing facility and may gain exposure in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Customer Service, or Quality.
As an intern, you will have access to our Talent Management Software, which provides over 23,000 e-learning courses for personal and professional growth. This breadth of experience and skill development will provide a solid foundation to propel your career.
