Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain the quality of the units produced
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Perform hands-on manufacturing work alongside the team as needed
- Aid in the training of employees
- Aid in troubleshooting problems (equipment, employee and production-related)
- Aid in maintaining production rates
- Communicate with Foreman on a regular and open basis
Qualifications
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to follow verbal/written instructions
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers/trainers
Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $31 – $39 per hour.
