About the role

Flynn Wendy’s is seeking Shift Leaders to join our dynamic team. As a Shift Leader, you will take the lead in managing a team of employees, increasing profits, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Tackle problems head-on and seek help when necessary
• Establish a positive, collaborative team environment
• Increase restaurant profits through effective management and leadership
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business

Requirements

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Willingness to provide guidance and support to team members

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay

Compensation: Wendy's® Shift Leaders: $16 - $18.50 per hour based on experience and restaurant location
