We are looking for a Shift Leader to join our team at Noah’s New York Bagels. Our Shift Leaders are key to motivating the team and delivering a great guest experience.

About the role

Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to ensure the team delivers exceptional service. They are responsible for opening and closing the store, ensuring the quality of food and beverages, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. Shift Leaders also provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team

• Ensure the quality of food and beverages served
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Aged 18 or older
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours and weekends
• Able to pass a background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Able to obtain a ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training
• Able to drive and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
• Tips eligible subject to state regulations

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Passionate about serving high-quality food and creating a welcoming atmosphere

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
