About the Role
RTX Corporation is an aerospace and defense company providing advanced systems and services for commercial, military, and government customers worldwide. This two-year, rotational Global Communications Leadership Development Program (GCLDP) offers challenging opportunities through three 8-month work assignments across the U.S. The program is designed for internal RTX interns/co-ops and external entry-level professionals looking to grow their careers at RTX.
Program participants will relocate to different RTX cities/states every eight months to broaden exposure to the business and develop leadership, functional skills, and business acumen. High-caliber training, mentoring, and guidance from RTX leaders, current, and alumni LDPs are provided to build a strong global network.
Responsibilities
- Rotation roles and responsibilities will vary, aligning with areas such as Brand Marketing & Digital Communications, Integrated Communications, Corporate Social Responsibility, Global Affairs & Public Relations, and Employee Communications.
- Engage in frontline, hands-on assignments to stretch capabilities and enhance learning.
- Relocate to different RTX locations across the U.S. during the program to gain broad business exposure.
Requirements
- Willing and able to relocate anywhere in the United States during the program.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Relevant internship, co-op, or work experience.
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

- Experience leading or coordinating projects or teams.
- Cross-functional internship or project work.
- Evidence of analytical or data-driven work.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $59,000 – $139,000 USD. The range is representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including role, function, responsibilities, work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
