Job Summary and Qualifications

The Director of Organizational Development at HCA HealthOne is responsible for designing and deploying development programs, tools, and processes that enhance organizational performance. This role involves overseeing Leadership Development Training Specialists and collaborating with HR Business Partners and operational leaders to identify and implement Organizational Development and training opportunities. Key responsibilities include assisting with expert facilitation and coaching, preparing leaders and employees for change management, and consulting on employee engagement strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree in organizational development or related field strongly desired
  • 7+ years of experience in relevant work experience
